What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop mechanical building systems for commercial, institutional, and other complex facilities
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, technical specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors throughout project delivery
- Perform HVAC system design and analysis
- Support project teams through design, construction administration, and client coordination
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience within the building design consulting industry
- Experience with HVAC system design and building mechanical systems
- Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- EIT certification preferred; PE track encouraged
