The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects from award through completion
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate closely with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal field teams
- Lead project planning meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
- Monitor job cost reports, change orders, and project margins
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and contractual requirements
- Support field supervision with manpower planning and execution strategy
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects
- Strong background in piping or industrial mechanical systems
- Proven experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
- Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and change management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
