  • Apply hydraulic and hydrologic modeling tools to support planning and (as needed) design decisions
  • Develop technical deliverables such as technical memoranda, planning reports, and study documentation
  • Support planning-to-implementation transitions (concept development, sizing basis, operational considerations, and integration with adjacent disciplines)
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and scientists across disciplines to integrate water supply, conveyance, and water management considerations
  • Communicate results to project teams and clients through written summaries and presentations
  • Periodic travel may be required depending on project needs

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience supporting the selection and optimisation of multi-benefit water supply projects
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and sound engineering judgement when developing options and recommendations
  • Ability to present to groups and communicate effectively with clients and project teams
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and will be determined within the posted salary range based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
