A well-established and rapidly growing design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the United States. What You'll Do
Lead all field operations from project startup through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, manpower, and site logistics
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Partner closely with Project Managers throughout the life of the project
Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project documentation
Review field reports, purchase orders, invoices, and project progress updates
Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish
Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar construction software
Valid driver's license and ability to work in an active construction environment
