The Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer will be responsible for...
- Assisting with the design and layout of plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of building types
- Preparing engineering calculations, design documents, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural teams throughout project delivery
- Supporting site visits, field surveys, and construction administration activities
- Reviewing project requirements, codes, and standards to ensure compliant designs
- Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
The Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer should have the following...
- 2 to 3 years of experience in plumbing and/or fire protection engineering design
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with applicable plumbing, fire protection, and building codes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
