A leading national engineering firm with a strong presence in Texas is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join its Dallas office. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape complex projects, mentor talented engineers, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering design and delivery for major projects across K-12, commercial, and heavy industrial sectors.
- Provide technical oversight, ensuring quality, innovation, and efficiency in project execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and representing the firm in the Dallas market.
- Mentor and develop mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including business development and market expansion.
- Work on nationally recognised sports stadiums, high rise buildings and other cutting edge designs, not just in Texas but around the world.

Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas required.
- 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in project delivery.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
