The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Process Safety Specialist who is not only technically strong but also commercially minded. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and is passionate about business development, team leadership, and building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver safety and risk studies including HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, Bowtie Analysis, FMEA, and Loss Prevention Design
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants across various levels
- Drive business development and client engagement across Southeast Asia
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the safety practice
- Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting projects and regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidate
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
- 15+ years of experience in process safety and risk consulting
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and growing consulting practices
- Strong business development mindset with a track record of client engagement
- Familiarity with regional safety regulations and international standards
- Professional certifications such as PEB (Chemical), Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV Rheinland), IRCA Lead Auditor, etc.
