Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional corporate live events? Our client, a well-established and highly respected company within the events industry, is looking to add a talented production professional to their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to onsite execution. Working remotely, you will play a key role in the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality corporate events, while collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure every event is executed to the highest possible standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate event production, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across complex live events. You should be comfortable overseeing timelines, budgets, production schedules, technical requirements, and client communications, while remaining calm under pressure and focused on delivering an excellent end result.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong production expertise with excellent account management and communication skills. You will be trusted to build and maintain client relationships, understand event objectives, and ensure all deliverables align with both the client's vision and the company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate live events from pre-production through to post-event delivery
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, event scope, and production requirements
• Manage event timelines, budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and technical crews throughout the production process
• Oversee all aspects of live event production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Support event design and layout planning using Vectorworks or similar tools
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-focused approach
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and remain adaptable in a fast-moving event environment
• Ensure a seamless handover from planning stages through to onsite execution and post-show wrap-up

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager within the corporate events or live events industry
• Strong understanding of end-to-end event production and live event execution
• Experience working on corporate meetings, conferences, brand events, or large-scale live productions
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or similar event design / production software
• Strong account management skills and experience working directly with clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely while collaborating effectively with wider teams
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to perform well under pressu
