The Role
They are looking for a Lead Project Engineer to take ownership of water and wastewater projects while supporting the continued growth of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Manage projects from planning and design through construction support
- Coordinate with local utility and municipal clients
- Review plans, specifications, calculations, and technical reports
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- PE license required
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure experience preferred
- Strong technical, project management, and client-facing skills
