Project Architect (Any Office)
Overview
An established and growing architecture and design firm is seeking a licensed Project Architect to join its expanding team. This individual will play a key role in leading projects from design through construction, mentoring junior staff, and helping strengthen the firm's architectural leadership bench.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong architect with exceptional Revit skills, experience coordinating complex projects, and a passion for developing emerging professionals. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of work while advancing within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Compensation
- Salary: $95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design through construction administration
- Develop and coordinate drawing sets, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure project quality, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery efforts
- Review drawings and project documentation for technical accuracy and quality control
- Participate in construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing technical leadership and professional development support
- Foster collaboration and contribute to a positive team-oriented culture
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect required
- 10-15 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Demonstrated experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, life safety codes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Work Arrangement
- Full-time, in-office participation during the first six months to support team integration, collaboration, and project immersion
- Following the initial onboarding period, employees may be eligible to work remotely one day per week based on performance and business needs
