A rapidly growing specialist foundation contractor is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support continued growth across the New York market.

This is more than a traditional PM position. The company is looking for an individual capable of taking ownership of major projects, developing client relationships, leading teams, and ultimately growing into a senior leadership position within the business.

The Opportunity

You'll oversee multiple foundation and concrete projects across New York while working directly with senior leadership. The role offers genuine career progression, significant responsibility, and the chance to influence the future growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects
Lead project delivery from mobilisation through completion
Maintain client relationships and attend project meetings
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site operations
Monitor project budgets, schedules and profitability
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Mentor junior project staff and contribute to team development
Support the continued growth and scaling of the business

Requirements

3+ years' project management experience within foundations, geotechnical construction, heavy civil or concrete construction
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing clients and project teams
Ability to work both in the field and office environment
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
