The role is ideal for a land professional with experience in mining, mineral rights, energy, oil & gas, or natural resources who wants to expand their technical expertise while working alongside experienced professionals on challenging land and ownership issues.
This is an hybrid-based position in Montana and is not available on a fully remote basis.
The Role

- Support land and mineral-rights research for mining, energy, oil & gas, and natural-resource projects.

- Track encumbrances, leases, easements, royalties, and ownership interests across complex properties.
- Assist with land and mineral-related due diligence, permitting, acquisitions, and project development.
- Prepare clear documentation summarizing title history, ownership interests, potential conflicts, and research findings.
- Work closely with senior land professionals, geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, and permitting specialists.
