- Roadway and street design
- Drainage systems, water lines, and sanitary sewer systems
- Accessible pedestrian features
- Other municipal or site‑infrastructure components
- Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates
Candidates' experience should include the following:
- Supervision of engineering designers (task assignment, work review, quality control)
- Management of project schedules and budgets
- Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
- Extensive interaction with clients and public agencies
Proficiency in industry‑standard CAD or civil‑design software is required.
