Project Manager | Offshore Geotechnical & Marine Site Investigation
Responsibilities
- Manage offshore and coastal ground investigation projects from tendering through execution and close-out
- Coordinate with clients, vessel operations teams, engineering teams, subcontractors, and global stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and contract management
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of project management or equivalent project leadership experience
- Proven experience managing project schedules and budgets
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Business-level English communication and documentation skills
- Native or fluent Japanese proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offshore geotechnical investigations, geophysical surveys, or oceanographic surveys
- Knowledge of tendering and contract negotiation
- Experience in import/export of survey equipment
- TOEIC score 800+ (preferred)
