An established, employee-owned architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Public Safety practice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing mission critical facilities that support first responders and enhance community safety.

From police and fire stations to emergency operations centers, you will lead projects that make a meaningful, real world impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Projects End-to-End

  • Manage all phases of public safety projects, from planning through construction
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high level of quality

Drive Technical and Operational Design

  • Lead programming and planning efforts with clients
  • Guide key design and operational decisions
  • Conduct document review for accuracy, coordination, and client alignment

Serve as a Trusted Client Advisor

  • Act as the primary point of contact for municipal and public safety clients
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and decision-making discussions
  • Build long-term client relationships through clear, proactive communication

Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (engineering, technology, specialty systems)
  • Ensure alignment across all project stakeholders
  • Facilitate efficient communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Mentor and Develop Talent

  • Support junior staff and project architects
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What You Bring

  • Licensed Architect (preferred)
  • Experience managing civic, municipal, or public safety projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality design
