We are actively seeking a seasoned and results-driven Roadway Project Manager to lead high-impact transportation infrastructure projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. As a Roadway Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the region's transportation landscape. You'll work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver innovative roadway solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all phases of roadway design and construction projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Apply FDOT and local agency guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while supporting business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida - required.
- 10+ years of experience in roadway engineering and project management.
- Strong understanding of FDOT standards and procedures.
- Proven leadership and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
