Position Overview

We are seeking a technically proficient and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing Renewable Energy division. This role focuses on substation components and system integration, working across five business units including SCADA, Transformers, Integration Systems, and PLCs. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a strong understanding of both technical and commercial requirements in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for substation-related products and integrated solutions in the renewable energy market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SCADA, Transformers, PLCs, and Integration BUs to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders including EPCs, developers, and utilities across the APAC region.
  • Understand client technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable proposals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including tendering, contract negotiation, and project handover.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and provide feedback to product and strategy teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy or power systems.
  • Solid understanding of substation components and systems integration (SCADA, PLCs, Transformers, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate across multiple business units.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or selling to global EPCs and renewable energy developers.
  • Knowledge of digitization trends in substations and smart grid technologies.
