We are partnering with a leading advisory firm that supports government and private sector clients across transport, energy, social infrastructure and major capital programs. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Advisor to join their expanding team.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced industry leaders on major infrastructure transactions, procurement strategies, business cases and project delivery initiatives across the full project lifecycle. Similar commercial advisory work in infrastructure includes procurement strategy, transaction management, bid evaluation, commercial structuring and contract advice.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of commercial and infrastructure advisory engagements.
- Assist with procurement strategy development and market engagement processes.
- Contribute to business cases, commercial assessments and investment decisions.
- Prepare tender documentation, evaluation frameworks and procurement reports.
- Undertake commercial analysis, risk assessments and contract reviews.
- Work closely with government agencies, asset owners, contractors and investors.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
About You
- 2-8 years of experience within infrastructure advisory, commercial advisory, management consulting, project advisory, project controls, quantity surveying or major projects.
- Experience working on transport, rail, roads, energy, renewables, utilities, social infrastructure or major capital projects.
- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- Relevant degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or a related discipline.
