Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its leadership team. This individual will play a key role in providing technical oversight, leading staff hiring and training, and driving business development initiatives to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical quality and project delivery across diverse structural engineering projects
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- Lead business development efforts and foster client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure innovative and efficient solutions
Qualifications
- PE license required; SI license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong technical expertise and communication skills
