🚀 Senior Automation Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Centers
We're hiring a Senior Automation Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-site automation and integration programs across hyperscale and colocation data center campuses (20MW-200MW+). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments and knows how to drive results from concept to commissioning.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full project lifecycle: design-assist, procurement, installation, startup, IST, and turnover
- Manage BAS, PLC/SCADA, EPMS, DCS, and IT/OT network integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (controls, HVAC, electrical, commissioning, OEMs)
- Own program budgets, schedules, risk, and reporting-drive speed-to-market using prefabrication and modular strategies
- Chair weekly stakeholder meetings and mentor junior project staff
- Leverage digital tools (BIM 360, Procore, AI analytics) to enhance delivery and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience delivering automation systems in mission-critical or industrial environments
- Deep knowledge of platforms like Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, AVEVA, Niagara 4, and protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA
- Familiarity with Uptime Tier III/IV, NFPA 70E, and hyperscale owner standards
- Strong commissioning background (Level 4/5 IST, MOP/SOP/EOP)
- Skilled in Primavera P6 or MS Project, cost tracking, and earned value management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
