This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee major bridge and structural projects, mentor engineering staff, manage client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of a respected transportation practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the design and delivery of bridge and transportation structure projects
- Review and quality control contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives
- Deliver presentations to clients, public agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team leads
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the bridge practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of progressive bridge engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of bridge design principles, codes, and project delivery
- Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage projects from pursuit through delivery
