Senior Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveying (3 days Part time)
The Opportunity
A global project and cost advisory consultancy firm a Senior Consultant / Quantity Surveyor to join the Singapore team on a 3-days part‑time basis (12 months contract), with potential to transition into a full‑time position.
This role suits an experienced cost professional capable of independently leading corporate office fit‑out projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing sub‑consultants. Familiarity with data center environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management services for corporate office fit‑out projects
- Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, cashflows, and cost reports
- Manage and coordinate sub‑consultants and external partners
- Support design, tender, award, and post‑contract cost management activities
- Serve as a senior interface with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Contribute to internal commercial governance, including forecasting and fee tracking
Experience & Working Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' consultancy-based cost management experience
- Proven experience in corporate office fit-out projects (essential)
- Ability to work independently and lead project delivery
- Experience managing consultants and subcontracting partners
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to data center, infrastructure, or energy projects (advantageous)
- Experience working with institutional, developer, or technology clients preferred
- Professional memberships (SISV, RICS, AIQS) are advantageous
- Singapore based, part time (~3 days/week), with flexible arrangements
