About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position involves leading electrical design projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Analysis: Develop electrical systems for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and designers.
  • Site Visits: Conduct field inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues during construction phases.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 9+ years in electrical design for building systems.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software. QA/QC stamping & production design work
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC, energy codes, and sustainable design practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, client facing skills and problem-solving abilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare electrical design documents and specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Review project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical presentations.
  • Oversee construction administration and respond to RFIs.
