🔧 What you'll be doing
You'll take full ownership of electrical construction projects from pre-con through closeout, working closely with both field and office teams to drive delivery.
- Build and manage detailed project schedules
- Lead project kickoff and execution strategy
- Coordinate materials, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track and control project budgets + cost performance
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and client communication
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Drive projects through commissioning and closeout
- Mentor Project Engineers / Jr. PMs and build your team
🎯 What they're looking for
- Proven experience managing electrical construction projects end-to-end
- Background in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical work
- Strong knowledge of NEC + permitting requirements
- Experience with tools like Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, Excel
- Ability to read plans, handle RFIs, and support the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Comfortable mentoring and developing junior staff
- PMP (nice to have, not essential)
