This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive commissioning and MEP strategy, and influence major project outcomes. Responsibilities
- Leading engineering services teams supporting mechanical, electrical, commissioning, and engineer-driven construction projects.
- Managing conceptual estimating, systems analysis, value engineering, and MEP project planning for large, complex projects.
- Overseeing the development and execution of commissioning plans while ensuring successful project delivery from concept through completion.
- Supporting business development efforts, client relationship management, and the promotion of engineering and commissioning services.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineering teams while driving continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
- Serving as a key point of escalation for clients and project teams while collaborating with operations, estimating, and project leadership groups.
What we're looking for…
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of construction, engineering, commissioning, or MEP project experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading teams and managing large, complex engineering or construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems, commissioning processes, value engineering, and construction management.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to build relationships with clients, project teams, and industry partners.
