Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary D.O.E.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver environmental investigation and remediation projects from planning through completion
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of environmental scientists, geologists, engineers, and technical specialists
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
- Provide technical leadership on complex remediation and site characterization programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
- Support business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, RFP responses, and strategic pursuits
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff and contribute to team development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning, and growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of environmental consulting experience
- 5+ years of project management and multidisciplinary team leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading site investigation and remediation projects for large, technically complex sites
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, remedial technologies, and project delivery best practices
- Proven client management and business development experience, including bid preparation and proposal development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience managing federal environmental projects and contracts
- Established relationships with public and private sector clients
- Experience leading large project teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
