As part of this growth, the company is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (P.E.) to join its Tampa office and play a key role in the delivery of major infrastructure and development projects across Florida.
The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional project management position.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to help grow the geotechnical practice, mentor junior engineers, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the business. The role offers a clear pathway toward higher levels of leadership, including future Principal responsibilities for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through completion
- Lead subsurface investigations, foundation recommendations, and geotechnical evaluations
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports and technical documentation
- Serve as a technical resource for junior engineers and project teams
- Maintain and expand relationships with public and private sector clients
- Support business development initiatives throughout the Tampa market
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects

Requirements
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Geotechnical engineering experience with project management responsibilities
