An established and reputable exterior restoration contractor is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team in the DC Metro area.
This is a key hire for a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete restoration, façade repair, waterproofing, and building envelope projects, working on a mix of commercial, institutional, and high-profile structures.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across complex restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple exterior restoration projects across the DC Metro region
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead client interactions and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Work closely with estimators and leadership during preconstruction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and field teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
What They're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in exterior restoration, concrete repair, façades, waterproofing, or roofing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on occupied buildings and technically challenging scopes
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience
- Ability to lead teams and drive projects independently
