Senior Project Manager

Industry: Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

This is an opportunity to oversee complex, high-value mission critical developments while managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution from preconstruction through turnover.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale data center construction projects.
- Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk management activities.
- Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, design, and construction teams.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Manage project changes, issue resolution, and critical decision-making processes.
- Support project startup, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience within construction.
- Proven experience delivering data center, mission critical, or other highly technical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery from preconstruction through completion.
- Experience managing large project budgets and complex stakeholder groups.
- Ability to oversee MEP coordination, scheduling, and construction execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
