Role Overview
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead structural design efforts on a variety of high-profile projects. You'll mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
- Lead coordination with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams.
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits, facility assessments, and oversee construction administration.
- Serve as a technical expert and client liaison.
- Ensure compliance with relevant structural codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
- 10-20 years of structural engineering experience.
- PE license required; SE license preferred.
- Proficiency in structural software (e.g., Bentley RAM), Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and BlueBeam.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with a wide range of structural materials and project types.
