We are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Austin market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong project pipeline and a reputation for delivering complex electrical installations safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
Current and upcoming projects range from $30M to $45M+ in electrical value, offering the opportunity to work on some of the region's most significant commercial developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules
- Supervise field teams and ensure quality workmanship across all phases of construction
- Conduct daily planning meetings and oversee project progress
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and clients
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
- Monitor productivity, schedule milestones, and project deliverables
- Manage inspections, commissioning activities, and project closeout
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
- Proven experience delivering commercial electrical construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field personnel
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors on large-scale projects
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and scheduling
- Experience working alongside General Contractors and project stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
