Senior Superintendent - The Pentagon
Construction Superintendent | Pentagon Experience Required
I'm working with an established general contractor looking to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent for ongoing work at the Pentagon.
Previous construction experience inside the Pentagon is a requirement for this position.
This is not simply a federal construction role. The contractor needs someone who already understands the realities of delivering projects within the Pentagon, including site access, security procedures, logistics, occupied environments, trade coordination, and the standards expected when working within the facility.
What we're looking for
- Previous Pentagon construction experience is required
- Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Strong commercial interiors, renovation, and tenant improvement experience
- Experience working in active and occupied facilities
- Federal / government construction experience
- SCIF and secure facility experience is highly desirable
- Strong subcontractor and trade management experience
- Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, safety, quality, and site logistics
- Comfortable coordinating directly with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Familiarity with the access and security requirements associated with highly controlled government facilities
The role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, including subcontractor coordination, schedule management, quality control, safety, site logistics, and project documentation.
The contractor has an established presence within this market, so they're looking for someone who can step into the environment and understand how these projects operate from day one.
If you've previously delivered projects inside the Pentagon and would be interested in hearing about the contractor, project pipeline, compensation, and long-term opportunity, apply directly or contact me confidentially.
