About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Director to lead complex consulting and engineering projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to technical teams. This leadership position combines project oversight, technical excellence, client relationship management, and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple high-profile projects from planning through delivery.
Serve as a primary client contact and strategic advisor.
Provide technical leadership on investigations, assessments, design, and repair solutions.
Oversee project quality, risk management, and technical reviews.
Mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals.
Support business development and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
PE or RA license required.
15+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, architecture, or construction.
Proven success leading complex projects and client engagements.
Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
Experience managing teams and mentoring professionals.
