Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and service inspections on a variety of equipment.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and controls-related issues.
Complete service reports, documentation, and work orders accurately.
Communicate professionally with clients to provide technical recommendations and solutions.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
Support emergency service calls and after-hours work when required.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience working with chillers, boilers, rooftop units, pumps, VRF systems, and associated mechanical equipment is highly desirable.
EPA Certification required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
