Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
- Advise clients on operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Manage outsourcing and service delivery optimisation projects.
- Conduct operational assessments and benchmarking studies.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships.
- Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience within consulting, advisory, outsourcing, or transformation environments.
- Track record leading large-scale, multi-workstream projects.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
