Sr. Federal Project Manager - Cape Canaveral
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Federal Project Manager for a project in Cape Canaveral, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to successfully deliver construction projects
- Play an active role in developing and implementing project safety and quality control initiatives
- Oversee project staffing, resource planning, and budget management
- Assist in bid package development, pre‑qualification activities, and budget creation
- Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate responses to RFIs
- Analyze project risks and schedule impacts, including reviewing long‑lead materials or equipment that could affect cash flow
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
- Evaluate and present project delivery strategies, identify alternatives, and facilitate implementation
- Manage project close‑out activities and resolution of claims
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on key business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong abilities in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relations
- Some positions may require relocation
