Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
