Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or on track for licensure
- Approximately 6 years of structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD)
- Experience with building codes, construction documents, and field coordination

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is met
- Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
