Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations on exterior restoration projects
- Oversee project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and field teams
- Lead crews and subcontractors while maintaining productivity and accountability
- Identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Superintendent within exterior restoration, concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade, or building envelope construction
- Proven ability to manage commercial restoration projects from the field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of safety procedures, quality control, and project scheduling
- Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
