Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on exterior restoration projects
  • Oversee project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and field teams
  • Lead crews and subcontractors while maintaining productivity and accountability
  • Identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward
  • Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience as a Superintendent within exterior restoration, concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade, or building envelope construction
  • Proven ability to manage commercial restoration projects from the field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Understanding of safety procedures, quality control, and project scheduling
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
