Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of transmission and substation construction projects across its utility portfolio. This individual will oversee the full project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, financial performance, client communication, and project execution, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead transmission and substation projects from kickoff through completion.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Oversee contracts, change orders, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with field operations, engineering teams, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
- Support emergency response and restoration efforts as needed.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience within transmission, substation, utility, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
