We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Leader to drive the growth of our Workplace practice while leading the design and delivery of innovative office, corporate, mixed-use, and workplace interiors projects. What You'll Do
Business Development & Market Growth
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the Workplace practice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, developers, real estate professionals, brokers, and industry partners.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and help define growth strategies.
- Generate new project opportunities through networking, industry involvement, and client engagement.
- Lead pursuit strategies, presentations, interviews, and proposal development efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workplace and corporate interior projects.
Client Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients.
- Establish long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and strategic partnerships.
- Guide workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and future workplace trends discussions.
- Ensure exceptional client service and project outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop architects, interior designers, project managers, and emerging leaders.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture.
- Lead project teams through complex workplace assignments while maintaining quality and profitability.
- Support recruiting, retention, and succession planning efforts within the practice.
Design & Project Oversight
- Provide leadership and oversight on workplace projects from concept through completion.
- Champion innovative and forward-thinking workplace environments that enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure projects meet financial, quality, and scheduling objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or workplace consulting.
- Proven success leading Workplace, Corporate Interiors, Commercial Office, or Mixed-Use projects.
- Demonstrated business development success with a track record of generating revenue and winning new work.
- Strong network within the corporate workplace, real estate, brokerage, development, or commercial sectors.
- Experience leading client presentations, interviews, and strategic pursuits.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Professional licensure or relevant credentials preferred.
