必須要件（いずれか）
- BESS、再生可能エネルギー、電力設備、EPCプロジェクトの管理経験
- 高圧・特別高圧設備や系統連系に関する知識
- 大規模インフラプロジェクトの推進経験
- ステークホルダーマネジメント経験
