Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AV Project Manager to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. This role is crucial to our continued success as we navigate a period of significant growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale AV projects and a passion for leading teams to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Handle projects ranging from high-end boardrooms to complex healthcare systems.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resource Coordination: Manage resources effectively, including personnel and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to industry best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Travel: Occasional travel within Western Pennsylvania and potentially national travel for key project launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AV project management, preferably with experience in commercial, healthcare, or educational environments.
- Certifications: CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certifications are highly desirable. We offer support for ongoing training and certification.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
