In terms of position specifically, this client is looking for a Sales Service Manager to head up their Knoxville Service department. The role will involve managing crews as well as business development, with a bonus structure that is hard to resist!
Some key responsibilities:
- Run and manage operations of the service department, overseeing crew and working with clients to handle all leak and repair jobs
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.
- Assist in the growth of office in terms of revenue, involving the scale of existing accounts as well as new.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing market (3+ years minimum)
- Excellent time management skills, critical for maintaining a fluid service division.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
