We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage high voltage transmission and substation projects for a top ranked renewable EPC based out of Boston Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and delivery of the final project.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
