Responsibilities:
- Lead Healthcare project development process
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes & regulations
- Collaborate on cost-effective sustainable designs
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships across the sector
- Participate in proposal writing & client meetings
- Provide oversight of architects/designers/technical staff
- Monitor budgets/timelines
- Maintain high-quality standards
- Contribute towards budget development/tracking
- Stay current with emerging tech/regulations
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree (Architecture related field)
-Licensed architect or on a path to licensure
-10+ years experience managing architectural design/construction projects focused on healthcare.
-Proven ability developing businesses/client relationship management skills.
-Strong knowledge about code regulation/sustainable practice
-Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills
-Willingness travel frequently for site visits/meetings
