Location: Austin/San Antonio
I'm looking to fill an urgent opening for a Regional Senior Construction Manager in the Austin San Antonio Area. This company is looking for a people oriented and project driven person with that is well versed in transportation, water/waste-water, and civil construction.
Company Summary: A nationally recognized engineering, construction management, Architectural firm, with Projects on the horizon in transportation, water / waste-water, civil development, and building design. A people driven project oriented company that has been in business for over 100 years.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing small to large interstate construction projects: $30M to $300M range
- Bachelor's Degree- Civil Engineering
- Maintain a registered PE (TX) and/or a certified CCM
- Construction Scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6. Certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is a plus.
- Experience with various DOT construction software and project controls software- e.g. TXDOT Inspection and Materials Management System (I2MS), ProjectWise, SharePoint, Primavera Unifier, Autodesk Build, SiteManager, etc.
- Demonstrated ability providing Construction Management Services to transportation agencies for large, complex construction contracts.
- Experience as a Full time Project/Construction Manager/Area Construction Manager
