The survey explored insights into gender equality in engineering. With this in mind, we took a deep-dive into the findings to better understand friction points for female talent and how companies can successfully attract and keep women in the recruitment process. The results show that the majority of female applicants have withdrawn from the recruitment process because of perceived gender bias.
