Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the operations department, encompassing project management, field operations, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, policies, and procedures to streamline operational efficiency, resource allocation, and project implementation.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial targets and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:
- Extensive 10+ years utility construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of business, financial, and project management principles and practices.
- Ability to understand workflow, identify process improvements, summarize issues, and make recommendations to management.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Adobe, Primavera, and Microsoft Office programs.
