In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing municipal infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on road improvements and storm water system condition assessments and repairs. The Municipal Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating municipal infrastructure design on road improvements and storm water systems
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Willing to learn park development, building demolition, and building renovations
The ideal candidate for the Municipal Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in municipal engineering or related infrastructure projects, with a focus on road improvements and storm water systems
